Our Response to COVID-19

We are in unprecedented times. With the ongoing spread of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) , we are adapting how we serve our clients to meet their needs as well as instructions from the city of Fort Dodge, state, and federal governments. 

Here’s what we know: 

• We do not need to meet face to face in order to provide legal services, whether for new clients or current clients. We will communicate with you by phone or electronically, whether email, video chat, voicemail or other messaging apps, depending on what works for you.

1. For new clients, we will continue to provide answers to your legal questions by calling us at (515) 576-3977. Iowa Courts have made special provisions for things like statutes of limitations.
2. Nearly all paperwork can be handled electronically or via US mail.
3. Be assured that any and all deadlines are being observed and our case files are maintained daily. We are aiming for minimal disruption – if you have questions, do not hesitate to contact Jerry Schnurr or legal assistants, Traci & Irene!
